Datometry is looking for an Administrative Assistant to support the CEO and manage select business processes across the company. This position is a full-time position. The position is remote with the expectation that you are located in the US or Canada and available during West Coast business hours.

Role Summary
As Administrative Assistant you provide vital support for the organization by managing the CEO’s calendar and all critical interactions with parties both inside the company and outside.
You are congenial and cooperative with an efficient, precise work ethic. Working in a fast-paced startup environment where each day is different from the next excites you. Your socially-focused “how can I help you?” attitude is contagious and brings out the best in your colleagues. You are known to be proactive and quick to jump in and roll up your sleeves to help out when necessary. Your strong and friendly follow-up ensures solid results.

Responsibilities

Maintain CEO’s appointments/calendar
Manage and organize email and messages
Manage Social Media
Create structure/workflow/processes
Research technologies and make recommendations
Make travel arrangements
Provide project assistance/coordination
Event planning and coordination
Provide assistance with personal tasks as needed

Key Qualifications

3+ years experience as assistant, preferably remote
Available daily (Mon-Fri) during business hours PT
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint
Working knowledge with Asana, Greenhouse, Rippling, HootSuite, WordPress
