Job Description

Essential Job Functions:

Daily communication via phone and email corresponding with customers and vendors
Manage customer service inquiries
Assist in formatting Contracts, Change Orders, Spreadsheets
Skills and Abilities Required:

Strong communication skills;
Strong administrative and clerical skills
Highly Organized
Willing to tackle unfamiliar tasks
Self-motivated and strong sense of urgency to solve problems and meet deadlines;
Ability to operate standard office equipment, including but not limited to computers, telephone systems, copiers, scanners.
Previous administrative experience

Experience: Office Management

Microsoft Office Products, including Outlook and Excel

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 – $23.00 per hour
