Currently, we are looking to add an IT Application Analyst to our team:

Responsibilities and Duties

Primarily responsible for providing development support for Microsoft business applications, including Dynamics365 products, SharePoint, and the Power Platform

Implement and maintain complex application integrations

Analyze end user requirements, and select proper tools and technologies to achieve enterprise solutions

Create and maintain documentation of business requirements and technical solutions

Support development and customization efforts by troubleshooting issues and implementing/updating automated testing suites

Research and evaluate technologies that will address the company’s current and future needs

Participate in activities related to the software development lifecycle efforts, including merging, packaging, and releasing code


Demonstrate ability to follow, and contribute to, accepted development standards and procedures

Ability to work as part of a larger development team and provide solutions

Understand and apply relational database concepts and technologies

Experience researching and streamlining business processes using hardware/software solutions

Ability to troubleshoot and debug complex system issues in a timely manner

Has knowledge of Microsoft software products (including Microsoft Office) and how to automate or extend them

Ability to communicate effectively with end users to determine requirements

Experience with government regulatory compliance preferred, e.g. GxP/PCI/GDPR/SOX
