We are currently seeking a Helpdesk Manager

Job Location: Washington, DC / Cleveland, OH

Duration: Full-Time //PERM Opportunity

Required Skills:

Bachelor s Degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems or related discipline.
Six (6) or more years of related experience with at least three (3) years in a supervisory role.
Operational experience with Microsoft Server & application solutions, VMWare, Linux, Cisco, LAN/WAN solutions & cloud technologies Preferred.
Certification in ITIL Preferred.
