About You:Contract Reporting Senior Analyst will be a member of a dynamic global royalties team focused on contract setup, data analysis, preparation, and delivery of timely and accurate royalty reporting statements to content licensors. Additionally, the Senior Financial Analyst will be involved in system design and testing; and improving business processes. This position reports to the Manager, Contract Reporting.

Required Experience:

Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting or related field

Minimum 4 years of experience in finance, accounting, or a related field

Strong understanding of third party participation or royalty reporting

Experience with ERP systems like SAP or NetSuite

Have the ability to analyze large quantities of data, resolve discrepancies and drive to deliver data-driven answers

Accuracy, acute attention to detail, and ability to work independently with minimal direct supervision

Strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills are required

Outstanding time management skills to balance multiple and changing priorities

Advanced MS Excel skills


Familiarity analyzing financial accounting statements

Ability to read and understand legal agreements

Experience with system implementations and testing

A Day In The Life:

Work with domestic and international teams to deliver anime royalty statements to external partners

Review underlying transactional activities, research anomalies, and explain variances from the norm

Research and analyze complex deals for contractual compliance

Identify and resolve the root causes of issues to ensure data accuracy

Coordinate with AP on billing and payment validation

Work on monthly and quarterly data validations and reconciliations

Prepare and review revenue and expense ingestion into the royalty system

Handle external inquiries and correspondence with licensors

Provide input on royalty system development, testing, and implementation

Drive continuous improvements of processes, documentation, and cross-training

Support ad-hoc and special projects
